Great option providing automation plus good support

We use it in our B2B sales team for identifying opportunities with potential fit criteria before bringing them on board using their CRM tool so they are not lost or missed out during follow up stage after initial discovery/interview by customer rep / Salesperson if required - just another way of helping ensure we deliver highest possible level service & satisfaction once engaged! This process is automated (we've set rules) ensuring that each opportunity passed through this pipeline gets reviewed regularly but requires manual input from admin user (as well as other admins within same account). It could be improved further by making some features more streamlined such as creating custom fields which would add value quicker when updating an Opportunity record without having to manually enter into multiple different screens where data can sometimes change etc., however I do like ease of setup/admin access control levels and options available now versus having to rely solely upon 3rd party software providers e.g.; Triggers, Data Extractors (XML), The software is very user friendly compared with some other providers in this space that have more complicated features or require training/tools not available via their web interface (or are too expensive). I would definitely recommend using Leads for our sales team as it has enhanced overall workflow efficiency by allowing us access from anywhere through mobile devices! Nothing about leads specifically but we use them throughout all of Salesforce so any issues there might be applicable here also :).
