I I've been using PNC Complete Plant Protein Powder for 2 months now. I struggle (and have struggled for years) with blood sugar drops between breakfast and lunch and I was looking for something to help me with that. I'm not usually a fan of protein powders, but this one is amazing. I like that it is plant based. When I start the day with this smoothie, my blood sugar does not drop. I'd also like to point out that after 2 months of almost daily use I haven't had any skin problems or stomach upset: two things that usually happen when I use other protein powders. The only negative point I have to say is that it's slightly bitter, but it doesn't affect the taste. After the first two sips, it's not even noticeable. I've tried both chocolate and vanilla, both are delicious. I prefer vanilla, which I mix with frozen blueberries and raspberries and unsweetened vanilla almond milk. I also mixed chocolate with almond milk and frozen strawberries which is delicious too.
