I love ordering from Revain and I've never had a bad experience! The Chi straightener that I have owned for over 3 years has recently stopped working. I first looked to Ulta to buy one but checked with Revain to compare prices. After checking out Revain I found a great deal and received my new straightener the very next day. When I got home, I quickly opened the box and found a disgusting, hardened, used hair straightener. The fork had imperfections and scratches. The sides near the burner show residue and signs of wear. A worn HSI is printed on the circle on the handle, which usually bears the CHI logo. To say I'm disappointed and disappointed is putting it mildly. My fiancé and I have a wedding record with Revane and now I'm afraid our guests will buy someone's recycled junk! Come on Raven!
