Unfortunately I bought a fake. This is a REALLY WELL-MADE COUNTERFEIT. There are NO stickers on Real Chi straighteners except in the connector area with warning labels. the switch is small. Is there a whole "level" for this? Also pay attention to the packaging that comes with the iron, the model is different from the packaging. These are real chi manuals, but you get FAKE chi.

Waited almost two years to write this review. My girlfriend loves it and has outlived all her other hair straighteners much longer than expected. great product, highly recommend.

Warning! I've had this iron for a little less than 3 years. Today it exploded in my hand while stroking my bangs. I heard a loud bang and the power cord flew out the back and shattered into pieces. There was also smoke coming out of the back of the iron.

I don't think this is real CHI. I've had my newest CHI for years and love it. This one doesn't work! Sometimes it gets hot and most of the time it's "warm". I would NOT buy this product. I wish I could get my money back.

This product is terrible! First, the plug is completely different. As you can see from the photo, the left connector is completely different from the real connector on the right. Second, the wire size is very different! The real one is not that thick for the wire, but the fake is thick! Finally, the little glowing dot that lets you know when it's on will blink! It's very annoying, contrary to reality. The real light doesn't blink, but the fake one does! Please don't waste your hard earned money

I love ordering from Revain and I've never had a bad experience! The Chi straightener that I have owned for over 3 years has recently stopped working. I first looked to Ulta to buy one but checked with Revain to compare prices. After checking out Revain I found a great deal and received my new straightener the very next day. When I got home, I quickly opened the box and found a disgusting, hardened, used hair straightener. The fork had imperfections and scratches. The sides near the burner show

Doesn't work anymore. One side of the iron does not get hot. Was only 4 months old. According to Chi's website, the warranty is one year, but Revain only gives you a 30-day return policy. How to replace a Revain product. Now I need to call Chi and see what can be done.

I used it for about 2 months before it broke. He cracked immediately but worked fine. The heat/power will now shut off if the wire is not in the correct position. The wiring connecting the iron to the cord is faulty and likely dangerous. I missed the return window. It worked fine until the wiring failed. I would like to replace it but I don't want to spend more money on this product.
