This conditioner works great IF YOU FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS. There are quite a few negative reviews about this product from people who most likely didn't follow the instructions. I bought this conditioner for my 2012 WRX STI Limited, the car is about 2 months old, the leather was tight and not frayed at all. I left my car in the sun on a 30 degree day and let the car warm up as instructed. I rubbed the conditioner into the seats with a washcloth (only used about a quarter of the bottle, maybe less). At first there wasn't a huge difference but the next morning I got in the car and saw a HUGE difference, the leather was amazingly soft and supple, I was impressed. You can't go wrong for less than €10. Just make sure you warm up your skin before use.
