Review on ThermoPro TP50 Digital Thermometer Temperature by Joe Glass

The accuracy of this hygrometer is terrible. It consistently reports humidity levels almost 20% below the correct reading. Attached is a photo of the ThermoPro along with two other hygrometers - the Planet Waves brand shown in the photo is designed to be kept in an acoustic guitar case, and the other is the more expensive Peak Meter model. As you can see in the photo, the ThermoPro shows 10%, while the mid-range Planet Waves shows 27% and the more expensive Peak model shows 28.1%. Over the course of a week, ThermoPro readings fluctuated 10% to 20% less than other devices (which always stayed within 2% of each other). Don't waste your money if accurate readings (as opposed to relative readings) are important to you. This device proves that you get what you pay for.
