I am contacting support first about this but I want to post a review as a warning to people until I get a response. I have had this chair for 2 months and 10 days. I absolutely LOVE this chair. It's incredibly comfortable. Its height is also perfect for what I need it for, which is my bar. We live in a small house and my husband and I have computers in our bar, but we've had trouble finding computer chairs that are made tall enough could. The stools were awful because we are both gamers and sitting in an uncomfortable chair for over 30 minutes actually caused me physical pain. That's the problem. A few days ago, the chair spontaneously lowers. There is nothing next to the handle. I'm just sitting in my chair and it accidentally falls halfway or all the way down. There seems to be no reason as it happens whether I sit still or move the chair and nothing has happened to the chair to cause such a problem. I have contacted support again to see if there is a solution or if they can send me a replacement part. I will update when I get an answer. Update: After initial confusion as to who I should have sent the email to. The company gave me an email for their claims department. I emailed this morning and already got a response that the replacement part is on its way to me and will be here in 1-2 days. Until I update my review I'm waiting for the part to get here so I can check if what they sent fixes the problem. Update: Officially downgrading my rating to one star until someone actually helps with my issue. The "part" they sent me was a small package with spare screws and washers. Not sure what the heck you expected from this? There were no instructions or follow up emails. All parts of my chair are securely fastened. My chair accidentally falls down a few inches. This has nothing to do with screws and washers. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I thought they would send me a new (don't know what to call it) stick for my chair so it wouldn't accidentally fall off. Instead, they send it. For how expensive this chair is and for paying $20 a month for 6 months. You would think it would take over a month for something to break and that SOMEBODY would ship you a replacement when it did.
