These are plastic cups, usually 1 to 2 ounces. a container that can be used for various purposes. They're called jelly shots for an obvious reason. But you can use them to store small hard objects like coins, paper clips, rubber bands, etc. They all come with matching lids. For example, you can store whiskey shots or a small amount of spices for recipes. I don't use a lot of oil. I save whipped cream or specialty butter from restaurants or breakfast spots. They supply 2 or 3 oz. for toast or pancakes. Only a small part can be used and the rest is thrown away. What a waste! I find them in jelly form and use them as needed. It saves me from having to buy kegs or lumps of butter, much of which spoils and gets thrown away.
