Best over the counter flea relief available right now

We have 8 dogs and after trying oral meds from the vet and several various over the counter oral and topical meds without success, we finally tried these collars. Within 3 days, the doggos finally stopped scratching! They seem pricey, but they last up to 8 months and the meds at the vet were more expensive and didn't work.

Pros

Took longer then I would have preferred for the collar to work

Cons

Both were not full size.
