Review on USPS Hearts Blossom Forever Stamps by Angela Rodriguez

There are no cuts or perforations on the page I received - it's just a solid sheet of stamps. Also, there is no peelable adhesive or gum, so even if perforated, there would be no reliable way to attach it to a letter. (I cut a corner to see if there was a backing to peel off, but there wasn't.) They might be collectibles, but they're useless to me. EDIT: I was able to quickly return the faulty page and received a correct replacement even before I had returned the faulty page! It was a relatively easy and quick process (although I don't know if it would have been as easy if I hadn't lived near some of the Revain lockers).
