Review on Sound Bar JBL Cinema SB160 Black by Anson Wang ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent quality, absolutely not expected for such a price.

First, I put the subwoofer next to the soundbar and the TV set on the TV wall. And for a week I doubted "the sound seems to have become better, but somehow it's not worth it." I looked in the instructions, it is written that the subwoofer should be placed no closer than a meter to the soundbar. And then the subwoofer's journey to all corners of the room began . And when I found that very corner, how crazy I was from how the sensation of sound immediately changed . just a buzz!

Pros
  • + Great sound for the layman. + Wireless subwoofer (you can choose the right place - see comments). + Everything is easily connected (to the TV via HDMI ARC, to the phone via bluetooth). Wire included. + looks stylish. although they all seem to be the same now plus or minus :)
Cons
  • - The biggest drawback - when connected via HDMI ARC to an LG TV, when the volume is changed, the scale is not shown. It's damned uncomfortable and inconvenient. After all, you usually turn on the movie, press the volume down, look at the volume level, adjust it and watch the movie . and then it turns out until the sounds start, you set the desired volume . - Turns off after 10 minutes without sound. I wish it was longer, at least 30 minutes. And so I put the music on the phone on pause, got distracted, after 10 minutes you have to turn on the soundbar again. Or put the film on pause, returned. You press play, and the sound is already through the speakers. I would like not to think about these on / off at all. - Little equalizer. There are three modes - Movie, Music, News. A TV audio modes do not work through HDMI ARC, only for TV Speakers. - During the month of use, 2 times from the subwoofer there were strange sounds when the TV was turned off . in the middle of the night . I had to get up and unplug it from the outlet.
