Review on 🧹 KissDate Microfiber Duster Set: Extendable Stainless Steel Pole, Bendable and Detachable Brush, Washable Dusters for Easy Cleaning of Ceiling Fans, Blinds, Cars, and Furniture - Pack of 5 by Tiffany Staley

Nice set but cheaply made; no instructions

I needed a telescopic ceiling fan duster and it was a good set. It includes some useful dust attachments that are of good quality and work well (4 stars for that). However, I only received it today and the metal handle on the small one broke after a few minutes of use (I was cleaning my blinds, not wrestling with an alligator, and it broke right at the intersection). It wasn't very good, but I was like, okay, I just wanted a long one, so I'm fine; however not so much. It doesn't have instructions so it doesn't look like it could be bent to accommodate the fan blades. Eventually my husband found out that you have to bend the wire yourself at the head (so you have to leave it that way or bend it back and forth if you need it straight which will certainly weaken/break it). He did and I started dusting off my fans. The #4 fan head has come loose from the plastic (see photo) so it won't last long. There was also a long plastic blade that seemed to have a function (see image) but we're either too dumb to figure it out or it's just a mirage (again, a guide would be helpful). I have a telescopic rag. my other home and never needed instructions on how to use it (you just bend it at the hinge and then straighten it at the hinge. easy as pie). However, if your rag kit is so fragile and/or complex that two college grads can't figure it out (okay, maybe we're educated jerks, but still. We're generally functional 😁), maybe add some instructions. I don't expect the long one to outlast the short one because it shares the same weak links, but time will tell. However, I would not recommend it due to the quality. I do appreciate good dust caps (which are washable) though, and they work well on the end of my swiffer grip (which recedes, but I hate wasting their rags), so 3 stars. They also wash and dry well, which is very nice. Less waste, less dollars.
