This 5⭐️ review is about both *customer service* and *big tent* at OUTING MAN👉The tent only took a few minutes to set up.👉That Mesh is definitely solid and can handle cat claws. 👉 I also like that the pole in the middle is designed in such a way that the tent cannot collapse if the cat jumps to the sides. 👉 The tent is big enough to accommodate more than 1 person. Cat, food/water, litter and toys. 👉 The tent pitches in less than 5 minutes 🔸 My initial problem was that one of the nylon straps that attached the pole to the tent was damaged. I contacted support and they responded within an hour. They apologized and offered a replacement or full refund. When they realized they were out of stock, they refunded my entire purchase within minutes of our conversation. 🌟 Great customer service is always appreciated and I am very impressed.
