And so, I ordered this wonderful rug on the pits on March 15 for 2350 (not the price, but a gift), with delivery on the 16th. But in the end, the courier kept my order, because the rug is cool :) I called five times in support, where they promised me to find a rug and bring it, + throw on all sorts of bonuses, as an apology. They promised to call back as soon as they would solve the problem, but apparently no one could solve it and call me too) As a result, the rug was not delivered to me, so they also canceled the order (although they could send it again) I didn’t see any bonuses, and the price of this wonderful carpet is now 3700. Thanks to this site for taking care of customers.
