Review on LOréal Paris Blendable Concealer Neutral by Stephen Mitchell
Simple and effective
I was a big fan of the old Ideal Balance concealer that they no longer make. I've tried several L'Oreal concealers because they tend to be well-formulated and relatively inexpensive. I like it because it has no mechanics, no twists and turns to pull stuff out. It's like a big pencil. You just have to mix it up a bit, but it will be nice and smooth.
