While reading the questions and answers on this product I noticed a customer question regarding the lack of a splash guard for the convection fan on the unit received. I ordered online what was supposed to be the DT201 model. from Bed, Bath and Beyond and they had the exact same problem. Based on the feedback on the original poster, I checked the model number and indeed the device itself was labeled DT200. Contacted Ninja directly and they confirmed that the DT200 does not have a fan splash guard while the DT201 does. This is definitely a Ninja related issue as the manufacturer's packaging lists DT201 as the model number. We tried to exchange the one ordered online in store and had exactly the same experience. The box was correctly labeled, but the device itself didn't match. Overall, Ninja was incredibly useless and didn't seem to care about inconsistencies at all. It's worth noting that the ONLY place I was able to find the DT200 model for sale was at WalMart, and it's advertised as an 8-in-1 model, which costs $80 less than any other retailer, selling what is advertised as a 10-in-1. 1 model DT201. Overall, this seems like a very dodgy bait and role-switching ninja.
