Maybe too fat? for breastfeeding

Very thick and absorbent but thought I would buy thinner and flatter ones (similar to the ones I had before). They are bulky and very visible under my sleep nursing bras and even under some regular nursing bras. Although not a big problem. I would recommend them for sleeping and for those who leak a lot.
