Works great if you remember IMPORTANT TIP on how new filters work

My last new DYSON filter didn't work when installed. When I called the company, they told me that I had to press and hold the REMOTE POWER button (not the actual power button on the device) for 6 seconds to ACTIVATE the new Dyson filter. I suspect some people returned these generic filters for not enabling them. I pressed the REMOTE button for 6 seconds (not the POWER button on the unit) and voila, my new "fake" Dyson filter works like clockwork. Dyson machines are quite expensive. Spending extra money on regular filter changes is cumbersome. My Dyson filters only last 6 months. not the YEAR they offer. I have a minimum fan speed of 24/7. Very happy with my working replacement filter! I can confirm this product lasted 6 months.
