I like that it's pretty simple to use, also very helpful if you have multiple offices or branches. Can't do much about how user friendly it is. Not many options at this point but just trying out new features as they come out would be great. It has been easy so far to set up our system with HRVY. We are only using their basic package right now which includes some admin functions such as payroll processing and time off/holiday pay calculations. Benefits management is one area where we haven't used them yet though. The benefits administration was something we were not able to handle ourselves since there seemed to be too many steps involved when adding an employee through the online portal. Using another software made things easier by doing most of the work for us.
