Review on Actron CP7830 Vacuum Pump for Handheld Applications by Aaron Lewis

I had an issue with the clip that holds the plunger to the handle. The clip broke, and subsequent "electronic clips" continued to break as well. Finally I cut a rolled steel pin and sanded one side to make it flat. Electronic clamps withstood less stress from pumping movements and lasted much longer. You also need to make sure you take the pump apart and clean the inside of the keg regularly. You can also replace the inner plug gasket with a 3/4 inch ID hose washer. I am using this pump as a goat milk machine which I built from scratch and am very happy that I can rebuild it or replace worn parts.
