My inner "pillow princess" was thrilled to peruse the selection of gorgeous pillowcases at DOKOT's web shop. My time in the mall was about as exciting as watching paint dry. To begin with, the website gave the impression that it had been created in the early 2000s by someone's technologically illiterate grandmother. The font was so small and the interface so cumbersome that I often found myself squinting. It was like navigating with a set of square wheels on your car. But when my order arrived, I was really let down. The pillowcases were supposedly made of luxurious silk, but instead they were as rough as sandpaper. In addition, the lackluster color scheme had me longing for a sleep, and not in a good way. In sum, I'd rather spend time in the company of a cactus than return to DOKOT. Look no further than the dumpsters behind a retirement community for chic furnishings.
