Please note that if you are using this in your closet (you will want the junk to hang and tuck away inside) you will only have 1/4 inch of free space from the top of the closet door to the top edge the hanger bracket. I bought two of these and they fit in one sink cabinet door and not the other because there is very little free space - I couldn't close the door when it was hanging inside. So just measure your closet from the top of the door to the top hole where your arms will be and if it's 1/4 inch or less then you know your only option is to hang it from the outside.
