In general, a great option for beginners. I love the tree guards and catenary for kids to learn how to balance. The band seems strong and strong. I was disappointed with how the ratchet gets stuck. My husband and I had to let go together because it just gets stuck. He pulled on one part and I on the other, then we had to pull the straps manually. I tried to lubricate them so they don't stick. The company has warned you must wear gloves to release it. Also, there aren't any instructions that show exactly how to thread the straps, so we experimented and looked for other videos to find out. Customer support responded and sent me a video but it's too easy and only shows how to tighten it when it's already installed.
