later I think some people and companies just list whatever they want, but be aware this is NOT a 60x or 30x increase. I work with certified diamonds, I must use a jeweler's loupe to read the certification number printed or engraved on the diamonds, they must be AT LEAST 30x to be seen at the lowest possible magnification. The 30x side of this loupe barely enlarges the gemstone, allowing you to look for impurities in the diamond, not to mention the tiny inscription on the belt. "60x" is slightly worse than my actual 30x loupe that I already have. If you are looking for a very bright LED light and nothing else, by all means buy it. If you're really looking for a 60x-30x loupe, keep looking because this isn't it.
