I lather up my favorite hand lotion very thick, leave the lotion very wet, then put on my mittens, put my hands in and just let them sit for 15 minutes or until I get bored. I like moderately warm temperatures. My hands feel great and my skin is plumped up and looks great. It's a bit boring when my hands are out of reach for every little scratch or itch, which is why I like to watch an exciting movie at the same time.
