Not waterproof! best in pot
They're easy to use but they don't fit in my instant pot so watch out for the pan size. You can NOT sous vide in them either, they are not airtight! I had to use them in a shallow pan on the stove. Plus know they swim even when full. I'll keep using them, but you need to know what works.
