What I like about this product is that they offer two levels of service - one free, the other paid. So if you're looking for something cheap and cheerful that'll just get the job done then go with the free version, however if you want more sophisticated features such as intelligent scheduling or detailed analysis and insights then pay for the higher end package. Also the software is pretty intuitive and easy to use. If you've ever used an application which has been developed using Java Enterprise Edition (J2EE) then it's worth having a look at how things work within JBoss Application Server because the underlying concepts remain the same. However there's no reason why these principles should only apply to web applications; they could equally easily be applied to desktop applications too!
