I bought this early last year and can't say enough good things about it. I'm a writer, work-from-home admin, take online courses, and worked as a webzine editor before I bought this one. So it's safe to say that I've been tiring my wrist from spending most of my waking hours at the computer. Watch. Previous work in retail didn't help and I developed a ganglion in my right wrist from heavy use of my dominant hand. I work on a laptop like a lot of people do and I don't have support from a mouse pad as I don't use an external mouse so I decided to get support. I'm not kidding, over the course of maybe 6 months of wearing this, my cyst slowly shrank until it was gone. Now there is absolutely nothing. It's so comfortable I hardly even notice I'm wearing it and it's very easy to clean. I just hand wash it or put it in the washing machine with my clothes when I'm too lazy and need it quickly. I have a lot of experience with this little wrist glove, it's always with me where my laptop is. I honestly can't work without it.
