Superb shorts. I recently started exercising and didn't have anything to wear, so I started searching for "plus size active shorts". I finally found them and at such a great price! It's a windproof material (not plastic like other reviews suggest) that's good for training as it's lighter and not as sticky and hot. They really are made for plus size women. rather than just regular size shorts with some extra material. Sizes are not just "extended sizes" but actual sizes of plus sizes. I find that a lot of things that are made in "extended sizes" (like XXXL) and are based on regular sizes don't really fit. I right. I wear somewhere between 3X and 4X (depending on the material) so I ordered 5X knowing they wouldn't have a "setback". In hindsight I could have gone 4X but I didn't want to risk it as I'm between sizes. The belt stretches, but it was too big for me; However, they do have a drawstring which I tied to keep them from falling off. Plus-size bottoms always hit the belly button, but if you wear pants a little above your hips like I do, you have to fold the waistband down once to get them in the perfect spot. . They are also the perfect length. In general, order pants one size larger than your usual size and you'll be happy with the fit. The benefits of these shorts are unbeatable for the price! I will definitely order more!
