If you are a plus size woman considering buying these shorts I would recommend either not buying these shorts or going 1 or 2 sizes up . I recently lost 30 pounds through dieting and now I'm exercising more and more and have decided I need running shorts. After searching I came across them and as they were just my size and prices etc I figured they were the right ones. It's a windproof material (not plastic like other reviews suggest) that's good for training as it's lighter and not as sticky and hot.
