The first half hour I wore them I was the happiest person alive! It feels like walking barefoot in nature again. Love it! After a while it can start to hurt, but in a good way. I can't say for sure if they help with specific issues because I haven't really had time to think about it, but it's nice to be able to have a massage anytime without having to go to the spa. PS The letters on the sandal can fade after a while, so you might want to take a picture of them beforehand, just to keep track of which organ might be hurting more than the other.
