Review on Burnished Stainless KitchenAid Tilt Head Dishwasher Safe by Bhanu Hays

I was surprised by the weight of the beater; it is much heavier than ceramic coated, but also much stronger. However, ceramic is much easier to clean than this whisk. I know this one is "safer" because I bought it because my ceramic has significant chipping, so I don't have to worry about it anymore. For some reason the weight confuses me, but most importantly I really liked how easy the ceramic coating is to clean. However, I won't be returning it because I know it's good quality and safer to bake (no risk of chipping).
