I was able to get my ticket resolved very quickly compared with other issues where tickets have taken weeks or months for resolution (or even acknowledged).
Customer Service team are always friendly, knowledgeable & helpful! The only thing i dislike about this system is how slow some aspects can be - especially when trying to create new issue/ticket etc as sometimes certain functions do not seem compatible across all platforms but nothing too major there really. My main problem seems solved now after couple days without any problems since implementation using their managed service platform which makes me feel more confident moving forward into 2018 season ahead.
