The best part is the GUI. It is so easy to use and it makes the process of managing our VMs and servers so much easier. I dislike that the monitoring is not always accurate. For example, I can have a VM with a specific issue but it won't show it until I reboot the server. If you're looking for a very easy to use system, this is it. It is very easy to use and you can get up and running in no time. The support is also great and they are always willing to help out. We use this to monitor VMs and servers and it does a great job. We can see what is going on with the VMs and servers and make sure that they are running as they should.
