is pretty decent I originally bought a 13 watt unit which was completely broken and I didn't think the other one was bright enough so I went back and chose the 23 watt instead device, looks beautifully neat

I bought these for my porch lights for Christmas to match the green bulb I had in my other porch light. I bought 2 of these. I only opened one package. The bulb is undamaged and very bright. Happy with this product.

We use them as part of our Christmas decorations in our garage exterior lights. You are beautiful and bright! Sure, they're not as bright as pure white light, but our driveway is still well lit, but also festive.

This bulb is purely decorative. There is almost no light. I have yet to do a test, but when that draws 23 watts, that's pretty scary. But to say it equals 100 watts is misleading at best.

Excellent bathroom lighting as a night light in a lamp. It provides a great bright red light for night time use without interfering with my dark adaptation vision and when switched on in the middle of the night it doesn't blind me. I don't know if it's a lamp or the white walls, but they have a faint orange tinge to them.

It was a set of two bulbs as described. One bulb worked perfectly. The light is definitely reddish, but not as bright as a comparable 23W white light bulb. For example, not bright enough to read. This is normal, no complaint. I used it for a while as a blue light blocker at night while watching tv in the bedroom, then I tried it as a bug lamp on the back door so I could open the door for a while to allow my 3 dogs in and out. Reading the reviews it seemed like 1 in 2 lightbulbs had failed for many people . . I was no exception. The bulbs took a long time to get to me, which I was fine with. But when they arrived I unpacked them and couldn't wait to use them. I installed 1 bulb, turned on the light and it seemed very dim. I thought maybe your eyes just need to get used to the red. Updated Review. One of the lightbulbs burned out as soon as I turned it on. The other seems to be fine. I contacted the seller and he said he would send a replacement. I received it but it was the wrong color. (It was the color of my previous order) I contacted the seller again and he sent the correct replacement. The entire process took less than 10 days, despite having to send two separate replacement units. I am very impressed with the seller. I would highly recommend them, the best customer
