I like this bottle very much. I've only had him for a few weeks. I drank water and a hard piece of plastic leaked through. As you can see, the top part has already broken off. I will call their support team and see how they behave. Most likely I will increase my star rating based on the experience I had with them. I will keep everyone updated. 12/5 I originally gave it 4 stars because my bottle cap cracked just a few days after using it. I contacted Zulai and they responded very quickly and professionally. So I've raised my rating to 5 stars. Free bottle change! This is amazing customer service! This is greatly appreciated! I will definitely follow their products and buy from them again. Very happy and satisfied.
