Great platform with tons capabilities and good customer service

I really like that this software has so many features to help you reach different audiences in various ways! It can be overwhelming at first but once it's set up correctly there are some great tools here which makes things easy when using them regularly (such as scheduling emails). The support team also seems very helpful if needed - they responded quickly whenever we had questions or issues during setup/configuration of accounts etc., even outside business hours too sometimes!! We use sendInBlue primarily because their pricing structure was more affordable than MailChimp given how much volume & engagement each subscriber receives from us monthly compared w other providers such as HubSpot who charge per lead instead of user base. As mentioned above though, having multiple platforms allows me flexibility depending upon what works best within my budgeting constraints right now vs needing additional resources / training time down the road should need arise again later. Sending out automated followup campaigns daily helps keep people engaged throughout every.
