Heavy duty. Cup. Accessible. Easy. Everything my family loves in a blender. Two speeds on and off That's all I want, thanks. I'm no Luddite, but god, some simple devices are trying too hard. Not this one, he's just doing his job. The only device I have that's easier is my panini press (turn on, turn on, turn off, turn off!). We replaced our aging Oster unit after it blew the electrics (probably something broke in there). However, we've benefited from it for about 20 years by only replacing 1 glass (finally someone broke it). These things are pretty durable and so far as good as the device we bought decades ago. It says something. Happy Easter!
