O-rings were OK, quick release was OK, most parts were OK. .Also the thin "IPR nut" that secures the end of the IPR assembly was not screwed on because the diameter was too small. One or both of these could be related to having an E-350 instead of an F-Series, but I'm a little doubtful that like everything else I've done about HPOP/pipes/fuel tank etc lately, exactly matches the manuals of the F series I followed.
