Works exactly as it should, no problems. Five stars for functionality, minus one for the audio jack on the front. I know, I know, so what. I would like, like others who have commented, to have all the wires attached to the back of the unit. I would just make everything cleaner. I am using Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro (Windows 8) and wanted to run multiple monitors, this device allows me to do that and more. Included in the kit was a diskette with installation software that I found on the web and downloaded. No problems or conflicts. In general very satisfied. The device does exactly what I need at a great price.
