Initially the product didn't help our 2 year old German Shepherd very well with pulling. Studying the instructions carefully again, we found that we had overlooked two important points: the collar should really be tight enough and be right behind the EARS, and the nose loop should NOT be loose. We were a little concerned that the collar wouldn't choke him if it was too tight. But then I realized that wasn't going to happen because the nose loop would interfere with it. Perhaps that is the beauty of this product's design. I hope these tips can help other dog owners too.
