Customer support is not that good!

sent an email to support and didn't reply. I bought two sets of two and one of the four straps won't retract, didn't want to remove both and return, just need to replace one. they are not easily removed or attached to the van's ladder post. You can't get a wrench to tighten or loosen a 1/2 inch screw, you had to wedge a screwdriver to tighten it. It would be nice if they sold individual belts.
