Review on πŸ”§ Enhanced Black GM Original Equipment ACDelco TPMS Sensor 25774006 for Tire Pressure Monitoring System by Brad Russell

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Perfect OEM replacement, much cheaper than dealership

I love the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) on my 2006 Cadillac SRX - it saved me a while ago when I encountered something on the freeway that damaged my tire . The car is so stable that you don't even feel the tire losing air. Now the station wagon has over 170,000 miles. Recently on a long drive the light came on, TPMS said 0 pounds in the RF tire. I immediately got out and checked the tire, the pressure was fine and the TPMS was accurate for all the other tires. I tried to reset the TPMS but the system didn't read the right front wheel. So a new sensor. The dealer wanted over $100 just for the part. A major tire chain (they sell tires at a discount) asked for $75 with no warranty. Installed by my local tire shop for $15 with new balance (that was probably overkill on my part). Now I love tires. I would suggest checking the part number with the dealer to make sure it fits.

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • No automatic
