Each has a key in hardware

I bought one like this a long time ago but the key was compromised so I bought another one. When the new one arrived I found that the new key and old key are interchangeable. You can either open the old device or the new device with the old or new key. So if you get a new device because you need a new key, it's basically pointless. If you have a copy of your old key, you can simply use it on the new device. So I sent it back and just started sealing the keyhole with a piece of tape when I got out. I got home yesterday and it looked like someone had left a crumpled piece of tape on the top step, but the tape on the keyhole was intact. I want someone to make a more efficient device.

Pros

. DETACHABLE - The strong molded barrel is held in place with an O-ring and is removed when the unit is unlocked and opened. The cylinder cannot be removed when the device is closed and locked.
