It's stainless steel, the only way I buy kitchen utensils. What I really liked is that there are so many to choose from. I hate making 1/2 and then 1/4 teaspoon to get 3/4 spoon. This set has. Do you always need 4 tsp? There's a spoon for that. This is the best set I have found for a variety of measurements and for anyone who loves to cook and enjoys baking this is the must have set.
