Great for adding balance to your workout
I purchased two of these discs and do many of my arm strength training (using hand held weights) while standing / balancing on these discs. I also do timed, single leg balance drills. They are awesome and very easy to inflate.
- love the cushions. Each pump I tried (about 5) broke as soon as I tried to use them to pump more air in.
- Not suitable for use on uneven surfaces
