These refurbished monitors come directly from the manufacturer. The video quality is excellent. I have a dual monitor setup. The only thing I didn't realize was that I had to buy HDMI to DisplayPort adapters because my NVIDIA graphics card doesn't have multiple HDMI inputs. These monitors are absolutely the best for multitasking. Absolutely no problem plug and play. I want to say that the dynamics are not very good. It's an optional feature, but they are 1 tier above the terrible ones. No bass nut, you can make out voices when watching YouTube videos. Monitors as monitors = Go. Loudspeaker = NO.
