The approach is very well thought out; process mapping helps ensure project success at all stages - initial concept phase through release into production or operations management environments for day one (or beyond). Highly skilled resources that take nothing but pride doing what they do! There's quite alot going on there which could benefit from greater oversight by senior executive team members rather than being left up to individual contributors/project leads. Good governance processes should include periodic reviews across multiple facets including people side as much as technical aspects / metrics. The team is very professional and experienced. They were able to understand my needs and implement them accordingly. It was not only about implementing but also training people who had not used this software before. I would definitely recommend Redsalt for any size project as they will deliver what you need without additional charges. As an organization it helped us scale up quickly by reducing time taken to deploy new features or fix bugs.
