I like that it is very easy for people who do not know anything about digital technologies or data analytics but still want help them understand what they need to achieve by using these tools - Red Salt has done an amazing job at this! Also great customer service from all employees involved (even after hours) when needed!! They understand my needs as well as I do which means that they take into consideration what both parties want from this project before getting started working towards it.
