The first pair broke and Zero Shoes sent me a new pair for free! And they're expressing it because I told the guy I work with I'm going to be traveling soon and I need sandals. They got there just a few hours before I left for the airport! I love these sandals. You can go anywhere in them and they feel amazing and light weight unlike other brands that are bulky.
